Fur and Tracks at Northwest River Park

I had a great afternoon hike at my local park today and happened upon some fur and a track in the mud. At first glance at the fur, I was thinking Black Bear, as they are known to be in the area. I am no tracking expert, but that doesn't look like a dog track to me!
