I was lucky enough to trade with a local knife maker, by the name of Boyles Custom Knives. This is one of his fighter style blades and at my request he used O.D. Green G-10 for the handles. Here's the specs:
Steel: AUS8 Cryo-treated to 59-59 RC
Handles: Polished G-10 with SS hardware
Blade: 4.75"L x 1 5/8W x .178 Thickness

Sheath: Leather by Carlan's Custom Leather
First impressions are very good, as the knife was razor sharp upon receipt. I made some feather sticks with ease, but I'm really looking forward to getting it out in the field. This thing is a beast and should take a serious baton style beating!
